APPOINTMENT

Booking an appointment is simple. You can:

Yes. All patient information is protected by HIPAA regulations. We prioritize your privacy and confidentiality in every interaction.
We’re happy to offer same-day appointments whenever our providers’ schedules allow. Our staff will be happy to help.
No, we do not take walk-ins.
Yes, we do. Your first appointment is usually in person, though exceptions may be made in certain cases. For patients prescribed controlled substances (such as stimulants or benzodiazepines), at least one in-person visit per year is required. Telehealth appointments simply require a stable internet connection — please note that visits cannot be conducted from a moving vehicle.
A parent must be present for a minor’s appointment, and the minor patient must also be present for the appointment.
We understand that schedules can change. Since your appointment time is set aside just for you, we ask that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance (during business hours) if you need to cancel or reschedule. This helps us offer that time to another patient who may be waiting. Missed appointments or late cancellations are subject to a $50 fee (Medication Management) and an $85 fee (Therapy).

We offer self-pay options and can discuss payment plans to ensure access to care.
Coverage varies by plan. We recommend contacting your insurance provider, and our billing team is also available to help clarify your benefits.

TREATMENT

We offer:
  • Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
  • Medication management
  • Individual therapy (CBT, supportive therapy, etc. — only for established patients)
  • Specialized services such as TOVA testing for ADHD and Spravato (esketamine) treatment for depression
At IPS, we take a whole-person approach, combining medical expertise with compassionate therapy and supportive care. Our providers collaborate as a team to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.
Yes. We have providers trained to support children, teens, and their families through challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, and behavioral concerns.
No. Neuropsychological evaluations are done by psychologists; we do not provide these evaluations.
Your provider will guide you based on your evaluation. Some patients benefit from therapy alone, others from medication, and many from a combination of both.
The length of treatment depends on your needs and goals. Some people benefit from short-term support, while others continue with long-term care.
